What’s The Difference Between The 3 Plans
– Super Lite, Lite and Basic?
Lite Plan includes everything in Super Lite Plan, plus weekly updating of software (WordPress) & plugins, as well as doing full backups of your website every day. These actions are essential for keeping your website up-to-date and ensuring that you have access to the latest backup files in the event of a need to restore your website.
Basic Plan includes everything in Lite Plan, plus content updating, where our team will help you to update your website content such as editing text, images, etc (up to 1 hour/month).
How To Decide Which Plan Is Most Suitable For Me?
Lite Plan is our recommended plan as it is comprehensive and covers all the fundamental aspects of keeping your website secure and running smoothly.
If you also require our help to update your website content such as editing text & images, Basic Plan will be more suitable for your needs as it comes with 1 hour of content updates every month (which should be sufficient for most businesses).
Should your business require heavier content updates, kindly contact us to request for a customised quote.
Yearly Billing vs Monthly Billing – Which One Is Better?
If you prefer to give our maintenance service a try first without being bounded by a year-long commitment, we welcome you to start with monthly billing for greater freedom and flexibility. You’ll have the option to convert to a yearly plan later on, or discontinue our service at anytime (no questions asked)!

Does your web maintenance service cover all CMS websites?
We only support WordPress websites currently. Kindly note that the above stated packages are for non-eCommerce WordPress websites only (non-eCommerce means you are not selling things on your website). If you have an eCommerce website, kindly send us your website link using the contact form and we will provide you with a customised quote.
How do I sign up for your web maintenance service?
You can sign up for our web maintenance plans online by following these steps:
1. Choose your preferred plan above and click the button to purchase.
2. Follow onscreen instructions for payment (you will be prompted to create a PayPal account if you do not already have one).
3. Provide us with your details in our online form and click Submit. That’s it!
4. Our team will get in touch with you via email to finalise the website handover details 🙂
